heritage hotel fermai mgallery is a hidden gem in split. the staff's kindness and attention to detail made our stay perfect. the location is ideal, just minutes from the diocletian palace. we highly recommend this hotel to everyone and can't wait to return.

The property is reasonably clean; airy rooms; very comfy bed. An electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar and an air conditioning in the room, quiet location. Awesome breakfast selection with crepes.

We had an absolutely perfect stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff showed genuine friendliness and professionalism. Bruno, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable. We also loved the attention to detail, such as the personalized note and welcome drink/snack. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the old town and the port, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of services, including room service, car hire, and airport shuttle. The staff provided excellent service and hospitality throughout our stay.

There were no negative aspects to our experience at this hotel. We would highly recommend it to others looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Last time we stopped we had an immaculate, reasonably spacious room with a balcony, the rooftops of Split and very comfortable beds. Location: the hotel was so close to the historic centre which is perfect, a taxi and nicely designed...

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the major attractions and within walking distance to the port and old town. the rooms were well-appointed with a large walk-in shower and comfortable beds. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going out of their way to accommodate special needs or disabilities. They even provided a golf cart to help guests with mobility issues reach their ferry. the hotel had a beautiful interior design, with attention to detail and high-quality toiletries.

The lobby area felt soulless and lacked atmosphere, especially in the evening. There was no bar, and when we stopped for a drink, the lights were off, creating a less-than-inviting environment.

Perfect 10/10 experience there. Reasonably clean, relaxing hotel with lovely decor; the location is best possible in the area they use for breakfast. Astonishing breakfast to star a day with crepes.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. The location is close to everything within walking distance. Additionally, the breakfast was great, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Not one thing.

We recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The rooms were beautifully designed with an extremely comfortable bed and a great shower. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old city and all the sites. We especially loved the fact that the hotel had a car park available, which we booked in advance. It was a great advantage and made it easy to explore the surrounding areas.

The only issue we had was that the hotel only served breakfast, and if we wanted to eat outside of that time, we had to leave the premises. It would have been nice if there were some snacks available to purchase.

The hotel had a beautiful Art Deco style that I absolutely loved. the beds were incredibly comfortable, with top quality mattresses and bedding. the attention to detail was outstanding, from the high-quality toiletries to the welcome snacks in the room. the location was also great, with an easy walk to the historic center and a private parking option available, which was a huge advantage.

Although the lobby area was beautifully decorated, it lacked a bit of soul and atmosphere. There wasn't a dedicated bar, but drinks could be served in the breakfast area.

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve stay at a beautifully renovated hotel! the rooms were tastefully decorated with natural-style furniture and lighting. the view from the rooms of the church steeple, rooftops and sea was a great delight. the hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering complementary cookies upon arrival, upgraded rooms and parking spaces. the hotel was also located in a prime spot, just a short walk from all of the buzz in the city.

The only downside to the hotel was that it was situated on the edge of a busy road with traffic, causing some noise disturbances. we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an elegant, cozy and friendly boutique hotel experience.

The rooms at Mgallery were beautifully renovated with a bright, serene atmosphere and stunning views of Split's church steeple and the sea. The Art Nouveau building added to the charm of our stay. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the old town and Diocletian Palace. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and memorable stay in Split.
